Creating exquisite images for joyful starry-eyed lovers
Logan Utah Temple Wedding Photographer
Charlee and Jonah were fortunate enough to schedule their Sealing Ceremony at the Logan Utah Temple. They could do this once the Temple opened following closures from the Covid-19 Pandemic. Charlee and Jonah opted to do a First Look on the morning of their wedding day, rather than a separate day. We scheduled their Formal Session 3 hours before their Ceremony appointment. This ensured they had ample time to do their photos and to relax before jumping into the hustle and bustle of their wedding day.
Jonah arrived on location at the Logan Utah Temple first. I picked a spot for him to stand with his back turned and had Charlee call his name to turn around. During their Engagement Session, I was struck by the way Jonah looked at her. Their First Look told the same story: that he is madly in love with her. After they shared their happy moment, we moved directly into their wedding Formal Portraits around the temple grounds.
After a short break for lunch, I headed back to the temple to photograph Charlee and Jonah’s Temple exit. Both families were excitedly chatting away and didn’t realize the couple was about to come out the doors, so I was the only one there to witness their first steps as man and wife. Thank heavens for pictures! We gathered the families near the steps of the Logan Utah Temple for Family Portraits.
At the conclusion of family pictures, we drove over to the Old Rock Church for Charlee and Jonah’s Wedding reception. This is a beautiful venue by itself, but Charlee’s modern and simplistic decorations made it even more stunning. Charlee and Jonah hosted a Taco buffet for their friends and family followed by cake cutting, first dances and a small exit that perfectly complemented the couple.
