Northern Utah Wedding Photographer – Country Glam Wedding Day
Madi and Kyler always knew of each other. They first really met on an FFA trip to California. Madi really needed to use the bathroom while on the bus. Kyler was sitting by the teacher so he got to listen to her whine that she was going to pee her pants on the bus! He must have found her cute and amusing, cause they have been inseparable ever since.
A few years ago I actually met Madi at her friend Reagan’s Wedding in my capacity as a Northern Utah Wedding Photographer. Through the course of the wedding day I generally find a bridesmaid or another couple to chat with when there’s downtime. Madi lucked out that day! We had a great time chatting during dinner. It turned into her asking me to do Senior Photos a year or so later! Then when it came time for her to get hitched to Kyler, I just had to do it! Madi has such a fun and sweet personality, she is so great to be around!
Madi and Kyler opted to do a Formal Session with me, their Northern Utah Wedding Photographer, prior to their wedding day. So many reasons to do this. Reach out if you want to know why. But you can see pictures from their Formal Session here.
Country Glam is how I would describe Kyler and Madi’s wedding day. Kyler is an authentic farmer himself. Having both grown up in Northern Utah, the country lifestyle is theirs through and through. Madi opted for an elegant color scheme of link pink, cream and maroon for their wedding. I arrived at the Brigham City Academy Center in Brigham City, Utah to document their wedding as a Northern Utah Wedding Photographer.
Madi and her bridesmaids were nearly all ready by the time I arrived. I took some time to photograph her beautiful bridal details, right down to her bedazzled country girl boots. After slipping into her dress, the bridal party gathered in a room near the bright and spacious ceremony space, filled to the brim with Madi and Kyler’s friends and family. The ceremony itself was short, sweet and to the point.
Once we photographed all the family, parents and other friends that wanted formal portraits with the happy couple, we headed outside with the bridal party. Recreating a Schitt’s Creek-like group portrait is one of my favorite new things to do with these parties. It’s a fun and edgy way to capture personalities and have some fun with formal portraits.
Madi and Kyler celebrated with many family and friends that came to their open-house style reception. The night concluded with a wonderful sparkler exit. I am so happy for Madi and Kyler and truly believe they make a beautiful couple. Congratulations guys! Wishing you the best Happily Ever After.
